I am a visualizations engineer at The Markup. Before that I was the graphics editor for the Wall Street Journal’s investigations team, based in New York City. I write, design, code and crunch data to tell powerful stories in compelling ways.
I was previously a data journalist and reporter at the Toronto Star. My work has also appeared on CBC Radio, in The Globe and Mail and The Ottawa Citizen, and across Canada with The Canadian Press.
I studied journalism and economics at Carleton University in Ottawa.
